This application provides subscribers of BIR with an overview of collection days for their property. The application features:

• Collection schedule
• Notifications
• Opening hours for our recycling stations
• Sorting guidelines
• Reporting incidents

• Informative videos

The collection schedule displays the time when different types of waste will be collected for the selected property. Automatic notifications are set for the day before collection, but can be customized in the settings. Users can adjust the notification time and choose specific types of waste for which they wish to receive alerts.

It is possible to subscribe to collection schedules for multiple properties. Properties can be selected by searching for the address or using GPS location.

The application also provides contact information, opening hours for our recycling stations, and links to useful instructional videos. Additionally, users can report collection incidents directly in the app, which will be logged into our management system and followed up by the administration.
